Delivery We will arrange delivery at reasonable rates. (Typically £25 for UK and £45 overseas). The delivery of your artwork will normally be within two weeks. We always ship with insurance and require a signature as proof of delivery. Returns If a client decides not to keep their purchase, for any reason whatsoever, they may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or they will be reimbursed for the full value of the painting. Delivery or shipping costs will not be returned. The following conditions apply when returning items: i) We must be notified by either e-mail or telephone, before returning the artwork. ii) The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as it was sent. iii) The artwork must be shipped back to us via a reputable courier within 7 days of receiving it.
